⁃ Run a grass loop on the top of the top of the Casemate walls

⁃ Run hill sprints at various points inside the Moat for more intense HIIT workouts

⁃ Run along the Chesapeake Bay boardwalk

⁃ Run on the beach

⁃ Run different routes around the Moat, down neighborhood roads, enjoy waterside views, and see historic structures
