Kick off your 2024 run/walk goals with an bang and head out to Fort Monroe for the annual Tidewater Striders Distance Series Race! Race courses are 10-mile runs, 15-mile runs, 10-mile walks, and 15-mile walks.

A gorgeous scenic course will take you over the moat bridge and loop inside the inner Fort, continue off the base and over the Mercury Blvd. Bridge, and then back to the base with more scenic views of the base and coastline. 10-milers will run/walk 2 loops, 15-milers 3 loops.

The race after-party will be hosted by OOZLEFINCH! Each race participant will receive 2 beer tickets and pizza. You must bring your bib to Oozlefinch to receive your beer tickets and ID check. No bib, no beer tickets. Post race party ends at 1:00pm
